Sunaina Management Consultancy is a Manpower Consulting Firm providing an array of services for the manpower needs of various sectors. Our scope of services is available all-over India with a special focus on Telangana. We are a team of experienced professionals with functional expertise in different verticals and business domains. This helps us bring our core knowledge of these work areas to the fore to deliver value to our clients and stakeholders. We believe in understanding the client’s business, so as to proactively align the recruitment process with the business needs of our clients.

Mr. Abhishek has over 10 years of experience with Indian School of Business, Hyderabad, APSRTC, and KMIT. He worked as Learning Consultant in the Center for Executive Education for the Consulting and BFSI verticals. Prior to joining Indian School of Business, Abhishek worked as Assistant Professor in KMIT and worked on establishing a Finishing School which was an innovative concept of providing technical education in the e-learning mode. He also established and run a Community Radio which was established with an aim of making the learning process fun oriented. He is an MBA from IMI, New Delhi and E&C Engineering graduate from M S Ramaiah Institute of Technology. He is pursuing his doctorate degree (Ph.D.) at JNTU Hyderabad in the area of Management. He has authored 7 research papers in National and International Conferences and Journals.

Pavitra is M Tech from JNTUH. After working in companies like Wipro, Volkwagon as a Software Engineer she quit her job to follow her passion in training and recruitments. She does corporate trainings for various MNCs. Pavitra possess strong quantitative and analytical skills and has excellent programming skills. She is known for her creative approach towards problem solving.
